Lenticular Clouds
These disc shaped clouds are rarely seen in this area. Known as (Altocumulus lenticularis) are stationary lens-shaped clouds that form in the troposphere, normally in perpendicular alignment to the wind direction and are usually formed in the presence of changes in the terrain.
